A Gentle Method Of Care

The bones in your spine are designed to move while protecting the delicate tissues of the spinal cord.  Sometimes the spinal bones can get out of alignment and when this happens, the head moves off center of the body.  This creates body imbalance from head to toe. More weight shifts to one side of the body than another. When these bones are out of place, your entire spinal structure, including the pelvis shifts, so that one leg becomes shorter than another.

Not having that corrected to restore body balance is like continuing to drive a car that is misaligned. Over time everything is going to break down. You can keep replacing the tires, but unless you have the car aligned, you’ll just be wasting your money. The same thing is true for headaches or neck pain or hundreds of other conditions that have been known to respond well to gentle precise adjusting. You can keep taking medication, but if your spine is out of its proper position and causing the problem, it’s not going away until you get your spine corrected.

Here's How We Make The Correction!

The repositioning of the vertebrae is done by hand or by instrument. After a detailed examination and analysis of your specific misalignment, gentle forces are applied at specific points to restore alignment  The adjustments are so gentle that you may not feel movement of the bones.  But your correction will be monitored using objective measures to be sure that you are in proper alignment.

The procedure restores body balance and brain-to-body communication so that organs, limbs and tissues can resume normal functioning. The body can now self-heal. That is why we see many different conditions responding to the same procedure.

Dr. Forth's comprehensive approach includes extremities as well as the spine.  In order to help patients maintain their correction, Dr. Forth helps the patient rehabilitate their spine with specific stretches and exercises tailored to their specific needs.

Dr. Forth's approach is very gentle and the specific scientific basis allows patients to hold their corrections for longer periods of time than many traditional chiropractic methods.
